Aim: strengthen capacities within families, communities and nations to prevent H1V infection and care for those infected or affected by H/V/AIDS. Priorities: 1. Prevent HIV infection among young people 2. Care for orphans and children made vulnerable by HIV/AIDS 3. Prevent parent to child transmission of HIV 4.
